Sunlit Images – Indiana Wedding, Senior, and Family Photographer bio picture

Josh

Hi there, I'm Josh.  I'm the photographer of this little adventure called "Sunlit Images".  I started Sunlit in 2004 as an alternative to the studio and since then, outdoor natural light photography has become incredibly popular.  I've worked hard to find my niche within the industry, and not only do I use the camera to capture what I see, I use the camera to capture how I feel.  I've heard that when something comes naturally to you, you've found what you're good at. I love what I do, and I know that you'll see it in your images.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

2011 might go down as my favorite year, ever. Besides our son Eli being born, and getting to watch Molly become a wonderful big sister to him, I also got to meet incredibly talented and caring brides, seniors, and families who were encouraging and exciting to be around. Thanks to you guys for making last year such a joy.

Here’s to a new year! I admit 2011 will be hard to top, but 2012 has so many things already in store to be excited about. First, the off season sessions have been a hit, and that has given me new excitement in my photography. I’m also looking forward to heading to New Orleans three more times this year for weddings and an engagement session. Plus, I’m excited to take on a full load of weddings again this year now that we’re settled in with Eli.

I’m looking forward to working with you all and appreciate all of your kind words and excitement about Sunlit Images Photography. Thank you!

My Health Coach, Stacey

Stacey 2 My Health Coach, Stacey

This is my health coach Stacey and her family. With Stacey’s help I’ve lost 112 pounds over the past 13 months! But now the Brown family is packing it up and heading to California and it’s like losing a friend. I wanted to capture these images of their family before they set off on their journey as a ‘thank you’ for changing my life in such a positive way. There are many people in life who are happy to bring you down, but few who are caring enough to build you up. It’s easy to tell this isn’t a job for Stacey, it’s genuinely who she is. And my life will never be the same because of her. Thanks Stacey for everything.
