Happy New Year!

2011 might go down as my favorite year, ever. Besides our son Eli being born, and getting to watch Molly become a wonderful big sister to him, I also got to meet incredibly talented and caring brides, seniors, and families who were encouraging and exciting to be around. Thanks to you guys for making last year such a joy.

Here’s to a new year! I admit 2011 will be hard to top, but 2012 has so many things already in store to be excited about. First, the off season sessions have been a hit, and that has given me new excitement in my photography. I’m also looking forward to heading to New Orleans three more times this year for weddings and an engagement session. Plus, I’m excited to take on a full load of weddings again this year now that we’re settled in with Eli.

Even though the weather outside has been “frightful,” we have been working hard to provide “Sunlit” memories. With the recent holiday mini-session photo shoots on the Circle, we had the wonderful opportunity to capture moments of hope, family, love and joy for many people this holiday season. As we come to a new year, we begin another year full of opportunities to capture special “Sunlit” moments!
